SCREEN PRINTING
NEW PROJECT PROCESS
Step One - Artwork
Step one is getting great artwork for your project. We are here to help create artwork for your project. We love graphic design and collaborating on artwork for our clients is one our favorite parts of the job. If you have a logo ready, fill out our get a quote form below and we'll get you a quote ASAP.
Step Two - Layout
You will be able to see what your apparel looks like before we create it, you'll get a mockup sent to you to approve along with pricing, and we'll make sure your products come out exactly to spec.
Step Three - Create
Once we have your art and your approval of the layout, we'll create your project and get in within your hands in around 10 business days. We squeeze ink through screens one color at a time to bring your artwork to life onto various fabrics.

HOW IT WORKS
PRINTING PROCESS
Artwork Separation and Digitizing
We start with your design and prepare it for printing. If your artwork has multiple colors, we separate each color into its own layer. Each layer becomes a stencil for printing. This step ensures your design looks crisp and vibrant on your shirts.
Burning Screens
Each color in your design needs its own screen, which is a stencil made by burning your artwork onto a mesh screen. More colors mean more screens, which increases setup costs and dictates minimum order sizes:
1-2 colors: 12 pieces
3-4 colors: 24 pieces
5+ colors: 50 pieces
Choosing and Mixing Ink
We hand-pick the perfect ink colors to match your design. This can involve mixing custom shades for precision. High-quality ink ensures that your prints are bright, durable, and long-lasting. By picking one of the below colors, you'll create less waste with your design.

Screen Printing on Press
Now the magic happens! Each screen is carefully lined up on the press, and ink is pushed through the screen onto your shirts. This step is repeated for each color, layering the design until it’s complete.
Drying, Quality, and Folding
After printing, the shirts go through a dryer to set the ink permanently. Then we check every shirt for quality, fold them neatly, and package them for you. This ensures your order looks as good as it should when it arrives.
